Network Admin/ EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ ONSITE

A Philadelpia School is seeking a full-time Network Administrator to maintain and optimize the school's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing network components (switches, routers, Wi-Fi), cloud services, servers, and endpoint devices. The role also involves troubleshooting network issues, supporting cybersecurity, managing user accounts, and ensuring all hardware and software are up-to-date. The Network Administrator will collaborate with the Director of Technology to plan and execute technology upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.).
• Deploy Apple devices via JAMF and apply routine patches and updates.
• Troubleshoot network and server issues.
• Support physical and virtual servers and networked applications.
• Collaborate on network operations and future upgrades.
• Respond to cybersecurity alerts and provide technical support.
• Manage Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and cloud-based services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, with 5+ years of IT experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A+ certification preferred; JAMF & Google Admin certifications are a plus.
