Network Cloud Engineer/AWS/Cisco

A growing financial company is looking to hire a Network Cloud Engineer to manage their current traditional network and help the team migrate it to the Cloud. You will be working with core network technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless. It’s a mixed environment with multiple brands including Juniper, Cisco, and Arista. You will also be helping the Lead Engineer design and deploy their cloud migration projects within AWS. They are looking for someone who has strong experience with cloud migrations and deployments.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in network automation using ansible and python. The company’s products are based on Linux Kernels so any experience with Linux is a plus. They are looking for an Engineer who can manage their current, traditional environment but is ready and able to play a large part in the cloud migration. Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ Years’ Traditional Network Experience
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista Network Vendors
  • Strong Route/Switch Configuration
  • VLAN/VPN Set Ups
  • SDWAN Exposure
  • Firewall Management
  • Strong Cloud Experience, AWS, Azure
  • Cloud Migration Expertise
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Linux Gentoo Experience
  • Experience with Linux Kernels
  • IAC Knowledge
  • Network Automation Experience, Ansible, Terraform
  • Network Certifications: CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, CCIE, JNCIE
