Sr Manager Security Operations

Job Description Have you been on the hunt for a 100% remote Sr. Security Operations Manager? This role is for a global law firm in the Greater Philadelphia Area. They are looking for a Senior Manager to oversee their Security Operations team. This team is composed of 1 SOC lead and 2 SOC analysts. They want someone strategic, as opposed to technical, although a cyber background is required.

Your primary responsibility will be someone who comes from an infrastructure background and who transitioned into Cyber. Management experience would be ideal, as they are looking for someone with 6-10 years of previous management duties. Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience with technical hands-on security
• 6-10 years of management experience
• CISSP
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• CISM or SANS certificate
• BA in computer science, MIS, or related field
• Strong analytical skills (interpreting and applying)

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 80% Security Operations (IR, monitoring, threat detection)
• 20% Security Engineering & Architecture

Daily Responsibilities
