A Storage Engineer is needed by a consulting company to help with SAN-related projects for their customers. They are searching for an autonomous worker with SAN design and engineering knowledge. You will be implementing, upgrading, and managing iSCSI, FCoE, and fiber channel systems on a large scale. In addition, you will do disaster recovery, backups, and storage replication. They also require someone with a lot of virtualization, particularly VMware, experience.

You will be working on several projects as part of this team, thus having good organizational and prioritization abilities is essential. You will collaborate on project planning and execution with the architecture and sales teams. This is a fantastic chance to use your storage experience as well.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Expertise with SAN Storage Technologies, Avamar, PowerStore, Unity
  • Strong experience with Dell EMC Products
  • Expertise working with PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerScale, RecoverPoint / RP4VMs, PowerFlex
  • Strong experience implementing and managing iSCSI, fibre channel, and FCoE fabrics
  • Expertise working with Hyperconverged, SAN, Backup, and Disaster Recovery technologies
  • Strong Experience with VMware products including VCF, vSphere, vCenter, vRealize, VxRail, and NSX
  • Working Knowledge of Azure Cloud
