Senior System Administrator/MSP

Join a dynamic team at our client, a thriving local IT Managed Service Provider based in South Jersey, as a Senior System Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support small to mid-size clients, both remotely and on-site, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. 

This role is on the project team, where you will be working with clients on delivery projects including upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in Microsoft technologies and will have familiarity with network technologies, with additional exposure to cloud technologies like Azure and AWS.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting Windows on prem and cloud servers
• Strong grasp of Cisco Network technologies
• Experience with M365 technologies, O365, EntraID, Intune
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery planning
• Demonstrated ability in deploying and configuring systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Previous customer service experience with a client-facing role

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with firewalls such as FirePower, Fortinet, or SonicWall
• Cisco or Microsoft certifications
