We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee our engineering teams and enhance our operational efficiency.

Position Overview:
As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading engineering projects and managing plant operations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while also optimizing production processes and fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor plant operations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the plant.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, operational metrics, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and project management.
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
