Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Project/Manufacturing Engineering Manager for their Phillipsburg, KS plant. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with their Manufacturing Engineering team, playing a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing complex projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, allowing them to collaborate with their engineers in new and innovative ways, driving forward initiatives that enhance efficiency and production capabilities. You will be tasked with managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management
  • Project management experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Past (or current) roles with direct reports
  • Experience with Automation of production lines
  • Managing technical resources
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Process Maps – FMEAs to document is preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus (not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field
