Network Engineer

A company in fintech industry is looking for a Network Engineer to add to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of their network infrastructure hosted in both in their local Phoenix datacenter and remotely. You will also be ensuring the network is stable and reliable, do network monitoring & maintenance, and do heavy network troubleshooting. You may occasionally need to go on-site to data center for any physical changes as well.

Must live in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience
• Senior level experience in switching and routing, preferably with Cisco or Juniper products
• Knowledge of routing protocols, LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS, virtualization, etc.
• Experience working with networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and vendor networking operating systems i.e. NX-OS, IOS-XE, and JUNOS.
• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification required
• Firewall experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Any cloud networking experience would be a plus
