Senior Software Engineer

A dynamic and mission-driven healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of applications that support the coordination and delivery of critical healthcare services across the U.S.

You’ll work on modernizing a suite of internal applications—including a primary web application built in Vue.js—and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders. Applicants must be currently a U.S. Citizen 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and C#

• Work with SQL Server: create stored procedures, build views, optimize performance, and interact with Entity Framework

• Support front-end development primarily in Vue.js (React experience also acceptable)

• Collaborate on efforts to transition legacy systems to Azure, including the conversion of services to Azure Functions

• Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions

• Mentor junior developers and support a collaborative team environment

• Triage and solve issues quickly, while juggling multiple ongoing initiatives

Tech Stack

• Backend: .NET, C#, SQL Server

• Frontend: Vue.js (preferred), React (acceptable)

• Cloud: Azure (experience moving to the cloud is a plus)

• Other: Entity Framework, microservices architecture, task automation

What You Bring

• 5–6 years of software engineering experience

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and database modeling

• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks

• Proven ability to lead by example and mentor teammates

• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-moving environment

• Collaborative, personable, and able to jump in with minimal direction
