Infrastructure Engineer
A managed service provider company in the Pittsburgh area, is in need of a skilled Infrastructure Engineer. The exciting chance to oversee and complete client projects, including upgrades, installations, implementations, and migrations, is provided by this role. In your role as an Infrastructure Engineer, you will work closely with the project team lead to guarantee smooth communication with clients who are not technical as well as those who are.
In this role you will oversee the implementation of projects from start to finish, with an emphasis on Windows and Microsoft technologies as well as sporadic Cisco network projects. You also will take part in virtualization technologies (VMware, HyperV), Microsoft 365 integration, and Windows Server administration. Required Skills & Experience:
- Windows Servers/Microsoft 365 experience
- Proficient in virtualization technologies - VMware and HyperV
- Strong skillset with Active Directory/Group Policies
- Hands-on experience with Cisco LAN/WAN support, firewall installations, and route/switch configurations.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- MSP work environment experience
- Any related certs
- Bachelors degree

- Tech Breakdown: 70% Windows, 30% Cisco Networking
- Daily Responsibilities: 50% Project Work, 50% Administration
