Our client, a shipping and manufacturing logistics company, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their Pittston, PA team. This is an organization that is well known for the LTL shipping and timing logistics.
The ideal candidate has T1-2 support experience, who can do a mix of hardware, software, and system support for their Pittston team. They are looking for someone who is knowledgeable on Windows platforms and Microsoft applications. You will need to help with Username and Password set ups, general deskside support, and application maintenance.
This is a 3-6month contract to hire, fully onsite in Pittston, PA. Compensation is $20-25/hr converting over to $45-55K.
Required Skills & Experience- Experience doing tier 1 and tier 2 support utilizing phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Experience setting up Dell and Mac laptops for new users.
- Experience supporting Windows systems.
- Comfortability working in a warehouse environment.
- Bachelors or masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Technical certifications a plus.
