This role demands a mix of deep technical expertise, innovative thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:Skills: Deep knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize complex AI models and workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient GenAI solutions using Azure AI and Machine Learning services.
- Architect end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practices for implementing AI solutions.
- Technical Implementation:
- Hands-on development of GenAI models, leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure Cognitive Services.
- Optimize GenAI models for specific use cases, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Build and deploy APIs to integrate GenAI capabilities with existing applications and workflows.
- Azure Cloud Expertise:
- Leverage Azure cloud services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions to build robust AI pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security and governance best practices, particularly for sensitive data and AI models.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with data scientists, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless implementation and deployment of AI models.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable GenAI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends in GenAI and Azure.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the Generative AI domain.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging Azure tools and technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of automation and MLOps practices for AI lifecycle management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks, such as GPT, DALL·E, or custom large language models.
- Expertise in Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and Azure ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate).
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
- Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
