.NET Full Stack Developer / Senior / Azure / Plano, TX / Hybrid

This organization provides comprehensive pharmacy claims solutions, with a focus on the 340B Drug Discount Program. Their platform supports healthcare providers in reducing expenses, enhancing medication access for underserved populations, and streamlining operations through services like billing, compliance, and specialty pharmacy referrals.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving technical problems, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software while staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java and C++.
• Proven experience in developing high-quality software and writing clean, maintainable code.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, CosmosDB).
• Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) and automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in task automation using scripting and relevant tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the software development lifecycle effectively.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong organizational leadership skills.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice To Have 

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially in cloud migration and scalability projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Terraform for pipeline automation and deployment management.
• Knowledge of mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin) is beneficial for mobile application projects.
• Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js) for building web applications.
• A solid understanding of security best practices, including encryption and secure coding techniques.
• Experience with big data tools or platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Elasticsearch) is advantageous, particularly in roles dealing with large datasets.
