Senior Data & BI Engineer

Want to join a mission-driven software company? Engineer solutions and work with business stakeholders to make healthcare patients’ lives better? We are looking for a data engineer with a heavy focus on visualizations to join our team.
This is a full-time position and you will be doing a near even mix of both developing ATL/data pipelines and creating visualizations to support teams both internal & external.
Hybrid in Plano, TX 3x/week Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ Years of experience in Data Engineering & reporting
• PowerBI
• Azure data services (ADF, synapse, analytics, fabric, etc)
• Python
• ETL building

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant degrees or certifications (Data Engineering, Management Information Systems, Azure cloud)
• Healthcare experience (HIPAA-regulated, claims data, EHR/EMR data)

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 50% Data Engineering (pipelines & data cleaning)
• 50% Reporting & Visualizations

Daily Responsibilities

• 80% Hands On
• 20% Team Collaboration
