Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years experience with multiple operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in architecting and performing Proof of Concept testing and documentation
• Knowledge of IT Hosting Services policies and procedures
• Familiarity with disaster avoidance, change, and problem management
