Scrum Master

A local credit union is expanding their presence across New England and are revamping their digital banking offerings. They are looking for a Scrum Master with experience working in a consumer banking setting who can help the establish more effective development processes and improve efficiency across their product and engineering organization.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with engineering leadership and product management to establish more effective Agile methodologies, improve processes, and increase engineering delivery and velocity. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4+ years of direct experience working in a Scrum Master role (ideally with Agile Coaching experience)
• Proven track record of working in a consumer banking environment
• Scrum Master certification required
• Working knowledge and proficiency with JIRA and other digital collaboration tools
• A strong bias towards actions and having a results oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into actionable insights and plans for teams to follow

• Network and cultivate relationship with key stakeholders to ensure Agile adoption is happening across the organization
