Senior AWS Cloud Engineer/ AWS/ Terraform/ Hybrid

They are searching or a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to take ownership of their cloud environment and help drive continued modernization efforts following a major AWS migration last year. This is a hybrid opportunity in West Windsor Township, NJ.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, and proven success in cloud migration or modernization projects
• Deep familiarity with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, Bash, and Python
• A self-starter who can take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
• Bonus points for experience in financial services or trading environments, but not required

What You Will Be Doing

• Own and manage the AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Improve automation across environments using scripting languages like Bash, Shell, and Python
• Continue modernizing the cloud environment post-migration, implementing best practices and evolving cloud architecture
• Ensure system performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence across platforms
• Support CI/CD practices and toolsets to streamline deployments and updates
