Sr. AI/ML Engineer - Deployment Exp

An international biotech company is looking for a fulltime Sr. AI/ML Engineer to join their growing AI org. This company, located in Princeton, NJ is dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative antibody therapeutics.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial data science, AI/ML operations and platform engineering and serve as the engineering liaison between the platform team and commercial stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work with the data scientists to develop and deploy custom-built AI and analytics models. Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, cloud engineering, data science, or MLOps within healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
• Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, Redshift, Glue, DynamoDB.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
• Familiarity with Commercial Pharma datasets, including sales data, patient data, claims data, market research, and real-world evidence (RWE).
• Experience in building and scaling AI-powered commercial applications (forecasting, NLP, customer intelligence, sales analytics, customer segmentation, next-best-action modeling, and marketing mix optimization) and deploying into business decision workflows.
• Proven experience in MLOps, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Experience with Docker and containerized AI model deployment
