Flutter Developer – Contract to Hire | Remote (U.S. based)

I'm currently working with a well-established global tech brand that's undergoing a major digital transformation and scaling out their mobile product team. We're looking for a Flutter Developer who can hit the ground running and contribute to a suite of mission-critical applications used by enterprise clients worldwide.

Key Details:

• ? Contract to Hire (Initial 6 months, with strong potential to convert)

• ? Fully Remote – Must be based in the U.S.

• ? Competitive hourly rate + potential full-time conversion package

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

• Collaborating with product and design teams to deliver polished, high-performance UIs

• Integrating with RESTful APIs and other backend systems

• Writing clean, testable, and scalable code

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile app development (1.5+ years with Flutter)

• Solid understanding of Dart, State Management (Bloc, Provider, etc.)

• Comfortable navigating complex codebases in an enterprise environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team

Bonus Points:

• Experience working on apps with real-time data or high-security requirements

• Background in legal, fintech, or enterprise SaaS environments
