Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of IT support experience, especially with Windows environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Group Policy (GP), and Office 365 administration
- Strong background in network support and troubleshooting
- Ability to support end users with technical issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working in fast-paced IT service environments
- Knowledge of basic scripting for automation and process improvement
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident response workflows
