Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or deskside support role, preferably within an MSP.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Familiarity with corporate network environments and VPN configuration/support.
  • Experience managing IT inventory and maintaining accurate documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience imaging and setting up computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of office automation tools such as printers, copiers, and video conferencing systems.
  • Strong understanding of secure password management practices.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
