Required Skills & Experience- 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or deskside support role, preferably within an MSP.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Familiarity with corporate network environments and VPN configuration/support.
- Experience managing IT inventory and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Hands-on experience imaging and setting up computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of office automation tools such as printers, copiers, and video conferencing systems.
- Strong understanding of secure password management practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
