Engineering Manager

A growing engineering company in the Greater Tulsa area is hiring an Engineering Manager to one of their teams. This is an exciting role for someone looking to run a team of engineers within a well-established company and working with new product lines. The ideal candidate will have experience running cross-functional engineering teams, managing multiple products, and working with stakeholders. Any industry experience will be helpful, but not required as well.

The company itself has great work-life balance, has seen impactful growth in this division, and has a comprehensive compensation package. This is an onsite position, and they do offer relocation for this role as well. Required Skills & Experience

• Prior engineering management experience
• Experience with mentorship and conducting performance reviews
• Previous professional experience within an engineering vertical
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – working with stakeholders, etc.
• BS degree, MBA or Master’s preferred

Desired Skills & Experience

• Embedded/firmware experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, etc. experience
