We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. Based in Minneapolis, MN, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management processes within a leading retail organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, integrate it with enterprise systems, and optimize workflows to meet evolving business needs. In this role, you will take ownership of ServiceNow application development, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and access controls. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring seamless functionality, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX for effective ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and services.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services.
