Staff ML Engineer - GenAI Deployment (Hybrid / San Diego)

Required Skills & Experience

· 7+ years in ML with a focus on NLP and Generative AI
· Strong Python & Django skills; experience with monolithic apps
· Hands-on deployment of LLMs (BERT, GPT), fine-tuning models
· Deep understanding of sentiment analysis & NLP pipelines
· Production experience with Red Hat Linux & Windows Server

Desired Skills & Experience

· MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
