Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Hardware Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support and troubleshooting for hardware equipment used across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on hardware systems.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure hardware is functioning optimally and meets operational needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions or performance issues in a timely manner.

Assist with hardware installations, configurations, and setup for new employees or departments.

Maintain hardware inventory and ensure that equipment is properly stored and documented.

Assist in creating and updating hardware-related documentation for internal use.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common hardware diagnostic tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Schedule:

Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Flexible working hours with the ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
