Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Advertising Agency and/or PR Agency experience as a Digital Producer working with Advertising Agency web building teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
• Ideating solutions and possibilities based on systems in place and available with each new project.
• Planning and coordination of digital development production for integrated marketing campaigns across our various LOB’s.
• Facilitating CX, Digital Development, Creative, Account and partner teams in successful end-to-end project delivery.
• Serving as an agency knowledge-bank for digital project planning, channel governance, compliance and assessment of feasibility.
• Preparing comprehensive documentation in support of internal creative teams and clients in development and approval of digital project solutions from intake and scoping documents to project plans, requirements, testing plans and deployment communications.
• Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Video Production and Project Management colleagues to ensure on-time and on-brief execution and delivery.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices and adoption of new approaches that put our team at the top of their game and our brand ahead of the competition.
