Our client, the leader in the SaaS Identity space has an outstanding contract Senior HRIS ServiceNow Analyst opportunity to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote role.

The Senior HRIS ServiceNow Analyst plays a critical role in collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, implementing initiatives with the Business Technology team and ensuring efficient HR Agent and employee experiences through system enhancements and integrations.

This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s technology, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro and Workplace Service Delivery.

Contract Duration: 6-Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-8 years of relevant HR Service Delivery experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience required.
  • Experience of supporting ServiceNow system upgrades, implementations, go-lives and post go-live technical support.
  • Strong technology aptitude and interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, remaining agile and flexible in a challenging environment and managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD reporting
  • Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine business needs and define functional/technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement initiatives to support the business
  • Stay updated on new functionality and complementary solutions
  • Collaborate with COEs to ensure systems support new processes/changes
  • Make recommendations on improving system performance and functionality
  • Support system integrations or enhancement projects
  • Manage testing, create and review specifications, and oversee testing of the system
  • Manage deployment and testing of system updates/new releases and enhancements
  • Guide HR Support teams to resolve complex technical issues
