Full Stack Software Engineer / Hybrid / SF

An innovative startup company focused on security is creating a personalized and targeted security approach for every employee of the customers they work with by offering a more personalized security learning depending on their specific clearance and level. Also, using Generative AI to help create and send out these learning videos. Backed by one of the leading VC firms in the Bay Area they are looking to grow their team quickly!

Looking for talented Full Stack Engineers to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing and developing backend and full stack applications that leverage Python, Django, JavaScript and React. Your work will involve API integration, data modeling, and building robust pipelines for video generation at scale, helping to redefine how organizations engage with their employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack applications using Django, Python on the backend and JavaScript, React on the frontend.
• Build user interfaces that allow employees to watch, schedule, and record videos for performance tracking.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing infrastructure to support video generation and scheduling workflows.
• Build scalable pipelines for video generation and processing at scale.
• Develop and maintain backend systems
• Work on API integrations to model employee behavior using data from various customer-accessible APIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or a related field is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Python development, specifically with Django or Celery.
• Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React and JavaScript.
• Strong background in API integration, data processing, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Bash scripting for processing data and managing infrastructure tasks.
• Ability to work with complex pipelines for generating, scheduling, and managing videos at scale.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying scalable applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
