Software Engineer, Graphics C++

My client is rethinking digital identity by turning avatars into intelligent agents—personalized digital beings that not only look like you, but learn, adapt, and express your personality across games, virtual worlds, and chat environments. They are backed by top-tier investors and embraced by some of the biggest names in entertainment and fashion This team is building a powerful platform that auto-rigs 3D models and wearables into fully functional assets usable across multiple digital ecosystems. With its own developer tools and a fast-growing creator economy, the company is laying the groundwork for the next evolution of self-expression—where every person can design, animate, and monetize their own AI-powered presence in the virtual world.

They are hiring for a senior engineer who can build a strong scalable system and who has senior experience with c++. Any experience with Unity would be a huge plus too. They are working on an AR/VR platform so if you have experience or interest there, apply!

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build new tools, pipelines, and integrations that broaden the range of platforms supported by our developer SDKs

  • Improve performance and stability of our SDKs and core frameworks across multiple environments such as mobile, desktop, WebGL, VR, and AR

  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth synchronization with network services and user data

  • Diagnose and fix complex technical issues affecting the reliability and usability of our developer tools

  • Develop AI-powered functionality that strengthens the intelligence and adaptability of our avatar systems and development platform

Preferred skills:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline; graduate-level education is a bonus

  • Expert in C++ with hands-on and developing native software applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to architect and implement sophisticated systems, tooling, or frameworks using C++.

  • Knowledge of real-time graphics, 3D mesh algorithms, and techniques for optimizing performance.

  • Unity/Unreal Engine
