Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP HR SuccessFactors Functional Analyst.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience with full project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and implement successful SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- Proven project management experience and roles requiring cross-functional coordination and communication
Desired Skills & Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Experience with applications and integration with other SAP modules
- Knowledge of global HR practices and regulations
What You Will Be Doing
Support the SAP SuccessFactors deployment and provide post go-live support. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR operations by leveraging your deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules. Reporting to the Head of Information of Technology: Corporate Applications, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, analysis, coordination, general use, and administration of SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with IT and enterprise goals and ensure a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience for our employees.
The HRIS Analyst will have advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, with the primary focus of Employee Central, Employee Central Time, and Employee Central Payroll
Daily Responsibilities
- Joining the SuccessFactors project team for the remaining test cycles of the implementation
- Facilitate sessions with the business team and system integrator associated with the design, configuration, optimization, and general use administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Take charge of the end-to-end implementation, for the specific modules listed above.
- Have the capability to configure the system to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes setting up business rules, custom fields, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation (i.e., streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and eliminating manual processes).
- Provide timely support and assistance to end-users and HR team members in utilizing the HRIS effectively, addressing any system-related inquiries or issues.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and business applications.
- Oversee data migration and ongoing data management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e., importing/exporting data, create/ manage reports, and purge old data).
- Ability to customize / enhance SuccessFactors solutions and design ad hoc queries to address unique requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with SAP support to resolve complex problems.
- Stay updated on the latest features and releases, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Manage software vendor relationship and deliverables (such contract mgmt. and SOC certificates) and service levels; keep key stakeholders updated and follow through to completion.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors platform. Participate in user groups, conferences, and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in HR systems and technology.
- Create and update HRIS documentation (i.e., process-flows, system configurations) to support user needs
- Ongoing troubleshooting and diagnosing system-related issues, providing real-time feedback to end users.
