Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to work for an established Renewable Energy company.
Contract Duration: 1-2 months with possible extension
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with a strong focus on SAP on-premise or SuccessFactors payroll.
- Experience with UKG payroll or time processes is highly desirable.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Certification in payroll processing or HRIS systems.
- Experience in system integration projects or data migration initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP EC Payroll, and UKG systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data validation tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Daily Responsibilities
- Testing: Executing payroll scenarios and scripts to ensure the new implementation meets the payroll functions
- Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and consistency of payroll data by comparing and validating information between SuccessFactors EC, SAP EC Payroll and UKG payroll systems.
- Data Analysis: Analyze payroll discrepancies and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and system integrator teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on payroll data validation, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for validation processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and System Integrator (SI) to facilitate effective payroll processing and data management.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll data validation practices and tools.
