Help Desk Technician II

A property management company located in Scottsdale, AZ is currently looking for a Help Desk Technician II to add to their growing team. This technician will be serving as the first line of IT support for end users and will troubleshoot any technical issues to resolution. This could be via phone, email or in person.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant IT support style work experience
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience working with O365
  • Experience with UniFi Ubiquiti network stack
  • Strong Windows OS experience
  • Exposure to VMware troubleshooting

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Information Technology
