They are seeking a Senior Content Management System (CMS) Engineer to join their Cargo team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining their enterprise-level CMS platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance web solutions that align with our commitment to customer service excellence and innovation. Required Skills & Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on enterprise CMS platforms such as Kentico or Sitecore.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks/libraries.
  • Extensive experience in backend development using C# and .NET, with a strong understanding of web APIs and integration techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and implement complex CMS-driven websites and applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, and knowledge of CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working in the airline or aviation industry, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
What You Will Be Doing 
  • Lead the development and implementation of complex CMS solutions using Kentico or Sitecore, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient architectures.
  • Design and maintain custom web applications, integrating them with enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces, enhancing the user experience on web and mobile platforms.
  • Implement best practices in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using C# and .NET to support dynamic content rendering and API integrations.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
