Test Automation Lead / C++ / Selenium / Healthcare

Our client who sits 30 minutes out of Seattle is looking to bring on a Test Automation Team Lead. This person will work on-site in their office, be hands on as a Software Engineer using C++ and develop and maintain test automation frameworks. The client is a leader in the Healthcare space and specialize in creating life saving medical devices used by hospitals nation wide. 

Responsibilities:

• Test Automation: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Cucumber. 
• Leading a team: Being a hands-on leader strong with C++ Software Engineering, mentoring more junior developers and Automation Engineers.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment: Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable rapid feedback.
• Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software and a strong understanding of Automation
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in C++ Software Development 
• Strong knowledge of test automation principles and practices 

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex ideas and presenting technical solutions.

  Plusses:

  • Experience with medical devices
  • Knowledge of C++ UI Practices (Qt)
