Required Skills & Experience

•  Strong Writing and Grammar skills (Resume will be used as an example of grammatical aptitude)
• Advanced skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint (PowerPoint and Word Tests provided with resumes will be given priority)
• Experience writing adult learning materials
• JIRA
• MS SharePoint
• Experience in creative design, visual layouts, Brand Standards
• Facilitation skills and experience delivering formal training programs to various audiences in a learning and development capacity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strong Writing and Grammar skills (Resume will be used as an example of grammatical aptitude)
• Design, Write, Edit and facilitate learning content
• Develop engaging content in alignment to the learning plan. Content type examples include presentations, facilitator guides, reference guides, meeting-in-a-box, video scripts, and knowledge checks.
• Partner closely with subject matter experts/contacts for the business to develop content in alignment to the learning plan.
• Work with legacy learning materials
