About the Opportunity 

A financial wellness company is looking to fill their Senior Manager of Machine Learning position. The company’s focus is to monitor their users’ spending habits and manage/cancel subscriptions that are not being used anymore. 

Job Details 

As a Sr. Manager of ML you'll guide a dynamic group of 7-10 data scientists and engineers, spearheading the development of AI-powered features that enhance our members' financial journey. You will do so by working cross-functionally with the engineer, product, and design teams to deploy LLMs and Gen-AI to enhance product capabilities 

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 7+ engineers and scientists 

• Work cross-functionally with Data Science, product, and design teams to provide input on technical direction 

• Direct the development of AI/ML driven enhancements 

• Create roadmaps to achieve quarterly goals with AI/ML 

Qualifications 

• 5+ yoe leading a team of 7+ engineers/scientists enhancing a consumer facing product 

• Strong knowledge/exp deploying LLMs, Gen-AI, RAG 

• Prior experience leading/working on assignments cross-functionally with product and design teams

• Experience doing experimentation on a product is a plus 

• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer
