A leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions, specializing in high-precision industrial technologies is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their organization. This company is committed to innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making to enhance operations and customer solutions. This role can be remote but candidates in Northwest Indiana are preferred.
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the migration of over 50 reports from SQL Server Analytics to a modern Microsoft stack, including Power BI and Power Automate. This role will play a crucial part in modernizing our reporting infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, and improving decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with DAX, Power Query (M language), and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies such as Azure Synapse, Dataverse, or Power Apps.
- Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize query performance.

- SQL Server (30%) – Data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
- Power Automate (15%) – Automation and workflow integration.
- DAX & Power Query (10%) – Data modeling and transformation.
- Other Microsoft Technologies (5%) – Azure Synapse, Dataverse, Power Apps (as applicable).XX% Red Hat Linux
- Report Migration (40%) – Migrate existing SQL Server reports to Power BI while ensuring data integrity and visualization effectiveness.
- Dashboard Development (20%) – Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization (15%) – Utilize Power Automate to streamline data workflows and automate reporting processes.
- Data Optimization (10%) – Optimize SQL queries and data models for improved performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration (10%) – Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Troubleshooting & Governance (5%) – Ensure data governance, troubleshoot discrepancies, and address performance issues.
