REQUIRED:
- Role will be Onsite
- Must have a Bachelors degree, required
- Must have prior Cell Therapy experience
- Experience with Culture of T cells
- CAR-T experience and knowledge
- Flow cytometry, highly preferred
- Will be responsible with speaking with Stakeholders
- Must have at least 2-3 years of laboratory or industry experience
- Aseptic cell culture experience
We are seeking a motivated Microbiologist to join our Cell & Genetic Medicines Team within the Therapeutics Discovery (TD) division at our Spring House, PA site. This role will focus on CAR screening to support the development of CAR T cell therapies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the field of CAR T cell therapy and work alongside a team of passionate scientists advancing cutting-edge treatments targeting hematological and solid tumors. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the culture and expansion of primary T cells, as well as the generation of CAR T cells via viral transduction techniques • Support the development and optimization of high- and medium-throughput CAR T cell manufacturing workflows • Perform flow cytometry-based experiments for cellular characterization and analysis • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot basic automation systems utilized in cell therapy processing • Identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during laboratory procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
