Industrial IT Operations leader has an immediate long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manage in Spring, TX. This position requires working onsite 5x a week.
You'll be managing a large LAN/WAN cyber remediation initiative. This role focuses on strengthening network and system security, with a specific emphasis on Process Control Systems, Linux/Red Hat environments, and TMS 6/TMS 7 systems.

What You Will Be Doing

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Project Management expeirence
- Prior background in Systems Analysis, System Administration, or Cybersecurity Engineering roles preferred
- Understanding of Process Control Systems (SCADA) in industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall rules.
- Ability to document and communicate technical information to cross-functional teams clearly.
- Ability to manage project plans and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001, or NIST standards).
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Industry certifications (e.g., PMP)
- Experience working in or supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments and ICS/SCADA networks.
What You Will Be Doing
- Clearly outline objectives related to infrastructure vulnerability analysis, SCADA/ICS security assessments, and remediation planning.
- Track milestones for patching, configuration hardening, firewall rule validation, and secure integration of TMS environments.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Provide clear and regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, remediation status, and compliance posture.
