Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior IT Systems Administrator with 3+ years of experience in an MSP/ IT environment to join our dynamic 6-person team. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, manage tickets, and troubleshoot network issues. This role is mostly onsite in our Stamford office, with regular client site visits across Connecticut, and NYC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support to clients, including on-site visits to client locations.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues and other technical problems.
- Manage tickets and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Work with and support environments primarily involving Azure, Active Directory, and Windows.
- Administer Active Directory, including creating and managing users and groups.
- Assist with VMWare-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, including those in the healthcare space, to ensure their IT systems are optimized.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in an IT/MSP environment.
- Experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
- Proficiency in Active Directory (user and group management).
- Familiarity with VMWare.
- Must have a personal vehicle for travel to client sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to take initiative.
