Junior System Administrator

Our client is an IT services company seeking an experienced Junior Systems Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance related to computer systems. The individual will be a highly motivated and a convergent thinker. Responsible for responding to client queries via ticketing system, phone and onsite visits. The candidate will also possess sufficient knowledge of Windows platforms, Azure, and Active Directory

• Required Skills & Experience:Experience in Azure, Active Directory, and windows environments.
• Provide Tier 1&2 support to clients, whether that is handling tickets diagnosing problems or visiting client sites.
• Have a familiarity of networking and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
• Desired Skills & Experience:Working collaboratively with multiple people.
