Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management/ Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment.
• 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, risk, compliance or operations roles.
• Advanced MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong Change Management / Program Management expertise.
• Proven self-motivated and comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborate teams.
• 5+ years experience working within the Financial Services Industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding BSA/AML and Sanctions requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN.
• The successful candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to perform under tight deadlines and has a strong background in project management, specifically successful execution of large, enterprise-wide projects and programs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Will work closely with other senior leaders across Independent Risk Management, Corporate Functions, and Front Line in the development and execution of strategic and risk management priorities.
• Will need to develop partnerships and influence positive outcomes with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for risk management.
• Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique BSA/AML challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
• Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
• Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.
