They are seeking a skilled Lead .NET Engineer to spearhead their development team in creating robust software solutions that integrate with cutting-edge tracking systems. This role requires a deep understanding of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and Azure. Experience with IoT (Internet of Things) technologies is highly desirable, as it will play a critical role in enhancing tracking capabilities. Required Skills and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in software development with a proven track record in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and Azure.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience with IoT technologies and their application in real-time systems.
What You Will Be Doing 
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and Azure.
  • Integrate IoT technologies to enhance real-time tracking and management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve software objectives.
  • Ensure software scalability, security, and efficiency in handling real-time data processing.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in .NET technologies and IoT trends to ensure the technology stack remains modern and effective.
