Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ Experience using NICE Actimize Case Management solution development (ActOne / RCM)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience of ActOne/RCM Java plugin development
  • 4+ years of SQL
  • 2+ year of experience writing code in Java application and knowledge of Java memory model.
  • 2 + years of experience in 12-factor and Cloud Native patterns
  • 1+ years of cloud experience such as AWS, Azure, PCF etc.
  • 2+ years of experience with Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools: such as Junit, TestNG, Selenium, Test Driven Development (TDD); Behavioral Driven Development (BDD): Cucumber/Gherkin
  • 2+ years of enterprise experience with CI/CD implementation, configuration management and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions
  • 2+ years of experience with database platforms like Mongo, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in Kafka
  • 2+ years working in an Agile environment.

  • Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong analytical background
  • Must have the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Must be able to interface with line of business (Product Owner) and technical staff.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provides technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs.
  • Analyzes business requirements, designs, and writes technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions.
  • Develops original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Leads and/or performs analysis efforts.
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
  • Contribute to large scale planning of test strategies.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
  • Verifies program logic with good quality test data, unit testing and debugging of programs.
  • Participates in overall systems testing. Helps in the migration of applications to production.
  • Helps with new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and user guides.
  • Helps in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan.
  • Position will involve design, coding, and configuration management of Actimize Case Manager applications. In addition, this position will be responsible for unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions.
