Contract Duration: 12+ Months
• 4+ years of hands-on Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience.
• Experience creating analytical dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, ideally Tableau
• Hands-on expertise in SQL (Structured Query Language) and working with relational databases like Oracle
• Experience working with corporate real estate or information management teams
• Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
• Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
• Experience with data visualization, data integrations, IWMS software, or Archibus a plus.
• Use hands-on skills in Business Intelligence (ideally Tableau) to design Analytical Dashboards to enable dynamic decision making
• Partner with internal users from initial requirements gathering through implementation.
• Contribute ideas based on a strong technical base of knowledge related to dashboard and report design experience.
• Assess and analyze data from disparate systems forming relationships that provide relevant insights to management enabling strategic decision making.
• Work effectively across internal teams/partners as well as external vendors to ensure efforts are fully understood, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are per requirements.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
• Consult with users and clients to develop complex Analytical Dashboards to support business processes and industry standards.
• Communicate with internal users to define and document requirements for Analytical Dashboards
• Work with internal client relationship managers to validate Analytical Dashboard requirements and maximize accuracy of resulting data
