Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Expert in Excel and data manipulations including Vlookups, Xlookups, merge, pivot tables. etc.
- Very comfortable manipulating huge amounts of data within Excel, merging and reconciling data sets from various systems, creating a story of progress, or highlighting areas requiring more attention and focus.
- Expert in working with multiple data sources and transforming into meaningful insights.
- Proficient in PowerPoint to present data findings and tell a story.
- Expert in metric automation including use of macros (where appropriate) and other strategic reporting platforms (Tableau).
- Expert in working with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and bringing those requirements to life.
- Perform analysis of data primarily in Excel and PowerPoint to develop various reporting views to communicate progress, achievements, issues, narrative, and provide key insight to execution and business partners.
- Perform extensive hands-on data analysis of extremely large data sets within Excel.
- Use Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups and other expert skills to extract, manipulate and analyze data from various sources.
- Track data trends over time.
- Own the day-to-day development and execution of bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Work with platform teams to develop automated reporting and analysis solutions to enable you and the broader team to shift focus to analytical activities.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert with various data sets associated with regulatory remediation plans.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of metrics that are generated. Support ad hoc requests on additional details associated to metrics.
