Contract Duration: 5+ Months
- 5-8 years of project experience in a large global bank.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Very strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong understanding of change management and project governance.
- Strong team player who can provide project support on multiple project initiatives and quickly understand the bigger picture.
- Able to assist in evaluating process improvement initiatives, own them and look for improvements.
- Ability to work across different departments to review and challenge projects and their impact to loan processing.
- Understanding of project lifecycle methodology, including both Waterfall and Agile.
- Ability to lead meetings, take detailed minutes and organize key projects.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Strongly prefer working knowledge of Global Loan Processing.
- Support the Change Management (CM) team by attending meetings, tracking meeting minutes, tracking action items, sending out minutes to attendees.
- Support the monthly execution of the CM function through managing team mailbox, tracking input provider responses, developing status decks, collecting input and updating project pipeline.
- Review project artifacts (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel), adding input and updating checklists based on feedback.
- Track action items and status to ensure efforts stay on track.
- Track artifacts needed for evidence and ensure team is delivering against promised deliverables.
- Develop monthly deck for CM monthly forum.
