Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong scheduling experience and candidate tracking experience.
• Previous staffing experience and able to work in a fast paced manual environment.
• Expertise in recruiting for data professionals, Java developers, and other technical talent
• Experience interacting with senior-level managers and directors
• Proven ability to hit the ground running and be super responsive
• Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal
• Financial Services industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Stable work history

What You Will Be Doing

• Primarily focus on filling hundreds of full-time/permanent technical (positions
• Will work with select suppliers to coordinate the interviewing and hiring of positions within a set Business Unit
• Working directly with senior-level hiring managers, including Directors and Managing Directors
• Sourcing candidates for various technical positions
• Screening resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Scheduling and conducting interviews
• Making job offers to selected candidates
