Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in financial services, consulting, or technology with a focus on governance
- Financial services and Regulatory reporting experience
- Understanding of the US Financial Regulatory reporting process
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Strongly prefer experience with process mapping, consulting, audit skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management processes
- Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized
- Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
- Comfort navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Strong leadership skills and influencing capabilities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- Technology/Data Management/Information Systems Certification
- Strongly prefer experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects, or audit
What You Will Be Doing
- Will manage Technology Book of Work while adhering to mandated policies and procedures for governing and reporting on status of Tech Initiatives and management of risks and issues including associated mitigation plans.
- Will liaise with many senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain the needed information to drive the Tech BOW Initiative management and/or the Change Management process.
- Develop a strong understanding of company policy and procedures that guide governance of a Technology Strategic Work Efforts
- Ensure compliance with Strategic Work Efforts policy and procedures mandated by company’s Program Management Council (CPMC)
- Drive timely and comprehensive updates for status, Critical Success Criteria (CSC), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), risks, issues and Path to Green for the Technology Data Bow Key Initiative
- Ensure timely remediation of any findings identified by governing bodies like Organizational Program Management Office (OPMO) and/or the company Program Management Council (CPMC)
- Develop a strong understanding of the Consent Order plan, milestone linkages and inter dependencies and leverage that knowledge for assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management
- Partner, collaborate and work with other areas within company, as necessary, to come up with the best solutions/decisions
- Influence diverse stakeholders at various levels of seniority without direct reporting relationships to ensure appropriate response and sense of urgency
