Technical Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree/University degree 
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in large enterprise companies, preferably Fortune 500 companies
• Ability to articulate solutions with business users
• Experience with technical requirements gathering & documenting requirements
• Ability to collaborate with technology development teams during technical grooming sessions
• Understanding of data integration – Reference data, location, market risk, process, data saves
• Capability to create sophisticated diagrams to communicate with business stakeholders
• Experience presenting requirements and product demonstrations during user acceptance testing
• SQL skills: ability to write simple queries (e.g., SELECT statements)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Tracking and adjusting requirements each sprint
• Ability to create and manage JIRA stories
• Handling multiple projects and moving tasks between them
• Demonstrated problem-solving and innovative thinking
• Understanding Business Process Modeling - ability to participate in business process modeling
• Banking and/or financial industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills

Desired Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Visio, any Design tools like Magic Draw
• Knowledge on Business Process Models (BPMN), any process modelling tool

What You Will Be Doing
• Provide strategic leadership for both infrastructure and data structure for emerging solutions.
• Consult with business end users to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple leadership teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Gather and document requirements
• Provide in-depth and deep dive analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions.
• Collaborate with technology development teams during technical grooming sessions
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives, and necessary system enhancements.
• Present requirements and product demonstrations during user acceptance testing
• Create and manage JIRA stories
• Evaluate new IT needs along with evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards.
• Work with internal and external parties to achieve business goals and negotiate with external parties as needed.
• Provide evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations
